Whether you are returning to MomCo, new to MomCo or just wanting to check out MomCo, we would love for you to join us! Here is some meeting information about our MomCo Meetups...
Our typical meetings include eating, socializing, listening to a special speaker, having discussion time, and doing a creative activity. Throughout the year there are special meetings that don't follow our typical meeting outline but it always includes eating and socializing!
We plan monthly Moms Night Out events, playdates, book club, even family BBQ's. There are many opportunities each month outside of MOPS to grow and build relationships with the moms in our group.

WHEN?
9:15am - 11:30am The 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month. There are exceptions during the holidays and spring to accommodate for holidays and spring breaks.
The Fall semester has 7 meetings from September through December. The Spring session has 10 meetings from January through May.

HOW DOES REGISTRATION WORK?
No money is required now but registration is to secure yours and your children's spot in KidsCo. Your first meeting is FREE and you are welcome to join us at ANYTIME throughout the year!
- The Registration fee helps cover (does not cover in full) KidsCo childcare expenses and MomCo International Fees. It does not cover all extra expenses (crafts, our party meeting, copies, leadership training, gifts, and supplies)
- Payment will be required by your second meeting paid to our Finance Coordinators. You can pay as you go or prepay by semester or for the full year. We accept cash, check (made out to PCCC), or credit card. Costs are listed out below.

MEMBERSHIP COST
Your first meeting is FREE
Each meeting is $15
OR if you prepay it's $10/meeting
Fall- $70 (7 meetings)
Spring - $100 (10 meetings)
Full Year Prepaid - $207
+ Your MomCo International membership $37/year (paid separately)
MomCo SCHOLARSHIP
Bailey MomCo wants to include any mother who wishes to join our group regardless of her financial situation. If you would like to attend but would like to apply for a scholarship. Please complete this form and leadership will be in touch with you!
SNOW POLICY
Our membership is split between Park and Jefferson County. We will not follow one or the other directly, but make decisions on whether to cancel the meeting or not on a case-by-case basis with the main determining factor being, are the roads in our immediate area safe for travel? All members will be notified via SLACK and text ASAP if the meeting is cancelled. There is no reimbursement for inclement weather.
ABSENCES
If you prepay, we can not refund for missed meetings.
ETIQUETTE
Please be considerate of others and refrain from talking during announcements, speaker presentations and craft instructions. If needed, feel free to utilize seats that are available in the hallway to minimize distractions or tend to your little ones.
REMEMBER TO CHECK-IN
Please remember to check in your kiddos at the entrance of the KidsCo area.
